		<description>I can see it now, including a  wrestling match.  Pow, bam, smack, kapow.     In a dream sequence the angry siamese twin hires a hitman to do away with the other.  Only too late they realize a dead attached twin would be like a large tumor is a heavy load to carry around.  Forces them to make believe the dead twin has narcolepsy .   

(by the way on a discovery channel there was a show...for real...a woman who had a 158 pound tumor that grew on her back.  She was unable to walk and was dying till they removed it whoa!   Totally amazing)</description>
