    I have actually been a passenger in a vehicle that made a wrong turn at that very intersection and drove down the tracks a ways. Lucky for that bird he wasn’t there then.

    Lucky you didn’t see that pigeon. I think it was carrying a gun. It might ahve shot you all and left your carcasses on the tracks to picked over by the crazy homeless.
